I have always been a fan of Lara Baumann's Quantum yoga style. It's dynamic, fun and gives you a very pert bottom. The lovely Victoria Woodhall, who trained closely with Lara and who has the perfect temperament to be a yoga teacher, is holding her new Quantum yoga retreats in Kenya. The retreat is being held at Sasaab, the beautiful boutique lodge which boasts a spa terrace overlooking the river, where you will spot elephants drinking and bathing. Expect great yoga, spectacular views, exceptional safari, gorgeous spa treatments and nourishing food. You will be inspired, further your yoga practice and reconnect with nature.
